You can use a ballpoint pen, permanent marker, or whiteboard marker to write your own task on this band.
Acetone (or nail polish remover) on a cotton ball can be used to remove the note.

Note: An adult should handle the acetone. Clean the band in a well-ventilated space, away from surfaces that may be affected by acetone.

Small

180mm circumference, a great fit for children and smaller wrists.

Large

202mm circumference, typically suited to teens, adults, and larger wrists.
