Everyone needs reminders to look after themselves. This pack has important self care tasks such as reminders to drink water, taking your medication, exercise, having a brain break, and three new ones which look similar but mean different things.
Breathe is for those moments of overwhelm where we need to slow down and take some deep breathes to steady and refocus ourselves.
Relax is for when we might need a gentle reminder that it is ok to take some time away from the computer, chores, bills, or other tasks, and just move away from what we were doing for a few minutes.
Mindfulness is a reminder to stay in the moment and focus on the task at hand, whether that be having a conversation with others, or trying to multitask.
