We all need prompts to prioritise our wellbeing. This collection includes essential self-care reminders like staying hydrated, taking medications, exercising, giving your mind a rest, as well as relax, breathe, and mindfulness, that appear alike but serve distinct purposes.
Breathe is for those moments of overwhelm where we need to slow down and take some deep breathes to steady and refocus ourselves.
Relax is for when we might need a gentle reminder that it is ok to take some time away from the computer, chores, bills, or other tasks, and just move away from what we were doing for a few minutes.
Mindfulness is a reminder to stay in the moment and focus on the task at hand, whether that be having a conversation with others, or trying to multitask.
